How do the Built-in Replay Reminders work?

Replay Reminders can be Enabled or Disabled, to be sent from our email service at bottom of page in Scheduling section, If you have replay enabled, then 2 emails are sent (as shown below)


  1. Webinar Replay Available
  2. Webinar Replay Ending Soon

The first reminder is sent as soon as replay becomes available (4 hours after main webinar event completes) the second one is sent 4 hours before replay expires.

You can customize the replay emails < shown how to at the link!


Please note replay emails are sent to everyone, no matter if they attended the webinar or not.
