How do "Stealth SMS Reminders" work?
Our 5 minute SMS reminders to the webinar event are available at Proffesional plan subscriptions & above. Sorry, they're not available with Starter plan subscriptions.
Check to ensure that your individual webinar event has SMS reminders turned On first (as shown below) when editing at Bottom of Page in Scheduling Section.
Then in Registration Fields section to make sure the designated field for SMS is steup & ON
You can edit the registration field there specifically (at pencil icon) into your own language or just collect cleint's phone number, however you like.
Our system sends an SMS reminder 5 minutes before the webinar starts.
In most cases SMS messages are not available to Customize, (For U.S. clients unavailable to customize due to communication regulations)
This is how the SMS reminder reads:
"Your webinar is starting in 5 minutes: (uniquewebinarurl) link "
Important note: if you're testing the SMS reminder itself, be sure to > Test by registering well in advance of 5 minutes to webinar start, otherwise no message will be sent to your phone.
