How do "Stealth SMS Reminders" work?

If SMS reminder is enabled in "Scheduling", 

then our system sends an SMS reminder 5 minutes before the webinar starts. With the 150 person package, you get 6000 worldwide sms reminders for free. 

This is how the SMS reminder reads:

"Your webinar is starting in 5 minutes: https://joinnow.live/a/XXXXX"
