How to edit sms field to only allow a list of countries
Go to your webinar editor and then click on the Registration Menu and Click on Edit in the Registration Fields section
It should now show you the list of fields, from there find SMS Number and click on the pencil icon to edit it and it will show you the following screen
From here you can set your default country or set which countries you want to allow
