Creating Custom Splash Screen
OVERVIEW
The custom splash screen feature allows you to replace the default image with your own, giving you the flexibility to present a stronger and more personalized brand from the very beginning of your webinar.
The splash screen is the visual shown to attendees before the webinar video starts. Previously, this image was fixed, but it can now be customised to match your branding, presentation style, or overall event theme!
How to upload a Custom Splash Screen?
1. Go to your webinars
- Open "My Webinars"
- Select the webinar you want to edit the splash screen
- Go to the Miscellaneous section
- The "Splash Screen Image" section will live above the "Missed Webinar / Webinar Complete Redirect" section.

2. Upload Your Custom Image
- In the Splash Screen Image section, you can upload your own image using either of the following methods:
Upload from your computer
Drag and drop your image into the upload area, or click to browse and select a file.
Add from URL
Paste a direct link to a hosted image, and it will be applied as your splash screen.

💡 If you choose to upload an image using the URL option, the image must be hosted on a platform that provides a direct (raw) file URL. This means the link should end with an image file extension such as .jpg, .png, .jpeg, or .webp. There are several free hosting services available, and you may use any option you prefer.
3. Edit Name or Delete image
After uploading an image of your choice you will see these options:
- Edit name : This is will allow you to change the name given to the image
- Delete: This will remove the image from the webinar (webinars with image will fallback to Stealth's default splashscreen).
💡 It is recommended that hosts preview the webinar after adding a custom image to see if your desired look was achieved or to make changes as-needed.
4. Audio Settings
- Below the image you have control over the audio. You can allow the default audio to play or it can be muted ( you can select either of those functions with the click of a button).

5. Custom Splash Screen in My Library
- You can upload a custom splash screen image and use it across multiple webinars.
- The All, Videos, and Images filters allow you to switch between different views to easily manage your uploaded media.
- For each image, you can view important details such as file size, resolution, upload date, and the list of webinars where the image is currently used as a splash screen. These webinars will appear under the Attached to section.
- Clicking on any webinar name will take you directly to that webinar’s splash screen settings page.

- The image name can be edited at any time.
- You will also find Download and Delete options available directly on each image for easy management.
You're all set! Your webinar now has a customized splash screen that appears before the event begins. You can update or replace this image anytime and manage all your images through My Library.
Things to Note:
- The max image size is 5MB
- If an image is being deleted you will see a confirmation message. If confirmed all webinars with the image attached will fallback to the default StealthSeminar splash-screen.
- We recommend using an image that is 1280 x 720 px (not a strict rule but a best practice suggestion)
- The recommended image formats are .WebP, .JPG and .PNG
- Preview the splash screen before sending traffic to your webinar
