Creating Custom Splash Screen
Overview
The custom splash screen feature lets you replace the default image shown before your webinar starts with your own — giving you a stronger, more personalized brand presence from the very first moment attendees arrive.
The splash screen is the visual attendees see before the webinar video begins. It can now be customized to match your branding, presentation style, or event theme.
How to upload a Custom Splash Screen?
- Open your webinar and go to the Advance setup tab
- Find the Splash Screen Image section
- Under the Splash Screen Image section, you can use the Default Image or Upload your own image using either of the following methods:

Upload from your computer
Drag and drop your image into the upload area, or click to browse and select a file.

Add from URL
Paste a direct link to a hosted image, and it will be applied as your splash screen.

💡 If you choose to upload an image using the URL option, the image must be hosted on a platform that provides a direct (raw) file URL. This means the link should end with an image file extension such as .jpg, .png, .jpeg, or .webp. There are several free hosting services available, and you may use any option you prefer.
4. Set your audio preference
Next to the image setting, use the Audio Setting dropdown to control whether audio plays for attendees before the webinar begins — choose between audio playing or muted.
5. Manage splash screens across webinars in My Library
Any custom splash screen you upload is saved to My Library, so you can reuse it across multiple webinars.
- Use the All, Videos, and Images filters to switch between views
- Each image shows its file size, resolution, upload date, and an Attached to list of every webinar currently using it
- Click any webinar name in Attached to to jump straight to that webinar's splash screen settings
- Rename, download, or delete an image at any time directly from My Library
You're all set! Your webinar now has a customized splash screen that appears before the event begins. You can update or replace this image anytime and manage all your images through My Library.

2. How large can my image file be?
The maximum file size for a custom splash screen image is 5MB. If your upload fails, please check that the file does not exceed this limit.
3. Why is my image not uploading?
If you experience issues uploading an image, make sure the file meets the following:
- File size is under 5MB
- File format is .webp, .jpg, or .png
Also double-check that the image URL is a direct link ending in a supported extension if using the URL upload option.
4. What happens if I delete an image that’s currently in use?
When you delete a splash screen image, all webinars using that image will automatically fall back to the default Stealth Seminar splash screen. A confirmation message will appear before deletion.
