How long does it take for a video to be encoded?
Video encoding is no small item, we format & encode the video automatically to be used at most any device type without issues, An hour or more (in advance of webinar start time) is a recommended for larger size videos over 4-5gb.
The encoding process itself will take near the same amount of time it took you to upload the video originally from your computer.
Maximum resolution is 1080p (1920x1080) at the attendee's device, so this is something to consider prior to your uploading video file, it will affect the size greatly. Any resolution greater than 1080p would not be useful and converted in any way to that native lower resolution.
You will receive an email when video has completed transcoded/encoded.
We strongly recommend you to upload your video at least the day before the webinar so you have plenty of time to test everything prior to marketing your webinar event.
