How to set up a Dedicated Replay (On Demand Webinar) ?
A Dedicated Replay — also called an On Demand webinar — is a webinar type that skips scheduled start times entirely. Instead, it plays immediately for the viewer as soon as they land on the watch page, right after registration. There's no "choose a time" step for your audience.
Many users choose a Dedicated Replay instead of the built-in replay feature on Automated Webinars because it gives you more control over when and to whom you make the recording available — you decide when to send the link, rather than it being tied to a fixed schedule.
How to Create a Dedicated Replay
1. Open your webinar dashboard

3. Set replay availability

For a Dedicated Replay, you typically configure an End Date or availability window rather than a webinar start time. After the availability period ends, attendees may no longer be able to access the replay.
- When the replay should become available.
- When access should end.
- Whether the replay is part of a limited-time campaign.
- What attendees should see after the replay expires.
- Whether your follow-up emails should stop when access ends.
Configure registration and attendee access

- Send attendees directly to the watch page.
- Enable a registration page.
- Collect a name and email address on the watch page.
- Use a pre-filled link for selected recipients.
- Add a call to action or follow-up link to the viewing experience.

Copy and share your replay link
Test your Dedicated Replay
- Open the replay link in a private browser window.
- Confirm that the correct video loads.
- Test the email collection or registration step, if enabled.
- Check that the attendee name and email are recorded correctly.
- Confirm that video controls work as expected.
- Test the replay from the beginning, middle, and end.
- Check all calls to action and links.
- Test Q&A or email instructions, if enabled.
- Confirm the completion page or redirect.
- Verify that the replay expiration date behaves as expected.
- Test the personalized link format, if you plan to use one.
Common issues
The replay link opens the wrong page
Attendees are asked to choose a webinar time
The video does not play
Calls to action appear at the wrong time
Check the CTA timing against the current replay video. If the video was replaced or edited, the original timestamps may no longer align.
Attendee information is not being collected
By default, a Dedicated Replay does not require a separate registration page. If you need to collect attendee information, enable registration or configure email collection on the watch page.
