How does chat replay work for hybrid webinars?
If you enable chat replay for hybrid, people are going to see your preloaded messages. But they will not be able to chat live and you will not be able to chat with them.
If you want to preload chat messages and still want to chat live, then use "Live Chat" feature instead.
