How do I download my chats?

Chats, (that you have saved into your Replay by checking them) are available to Download into .csv format. This can be a useful solution if you want to clear all your chat data, by uploading what you've downloaded, or if you simplay want to use the saved chat replay at some other new webinar event.

Tab to Download Messages as shown above, then download.

You will find .csv file available to edit or use however you like.
