How do I download my chats?
Simulated Chat, (that you have saved into your event by checking them) are available to Download into .csv format. This can be a useful solution if you want to clear all your chat data, by uploading what you've downloaded, or if you simplay want to use the saved chat replay at some other new webinar event.
SHown how to here below, in the events editor.
Tab to Download Messages as shown above, then download.
You will find .csv file available to edit or use however you like.
