How does "Just In Time" option work?

Just In Time scheduling is default set with automated webinar events to run at "Top of Hour" based on our (recommended schedule)  This will provide event times at schedule from when your clients intitially land at your webinar's registration page.

You are not limited to run webinar on top of hour only, you can find edit options from pulldown menu adjustment (as shown below)

You can decide when it should run, you can choose from on top of next 5, 15, 30 and 60 minutes.

"Between Times" are times that you can setup for the above setting to run in between, if you wanted that Just in Time schedule to run all day (for 24 hours) you can set > 12:00am - 11:59pm

  • Just in Time will fill only 1 time slot at Pick a Time on registration page, for adding addition times to choose from (see below)

For Additional Schedule Times to be available at Pick a Time scheduling, you would need to add those, at Add a Scheduling option. This will provide more time slots to choose from later that same day (or outside of between times) or however many times slots you show at Pick a Time.

Remove at Red X, or Add as shown below,

0 day dates are available, if you want to provide a time later that same day, they will run as described from when a client lands at your page, if that time has passed, it will not be shown that same day.

Once you have that setup, be sure to check > Maximum upcoming times to show at repeat schedule and adjust as you like (as shown below)

This will cycle through as many or as little amount of time you want to show at registration to the clients, automatically.

You can adjust our Just in TIme scheduling in most case however you like to set it up, if you're not sure or have any questions getting it setup, let us know at the chatbox. We're happy to help!
