Do I need to download anything to watch webinar?
A download is not required to watch the webinar event, cleints should have no issues viewing through their web browser directly.
If any client reports an issue viewing, its recommended to direct them in disabling any popup blockers or recording software extensons at their web browser.
If any issue persists in viewing, please let us know at the chatbox when logged into your account.
