How to Add UTM Parameters to Your Registration Page Links

UTM parameters allow you to track where your webinar registrations are coming from, such as email campaigns, ads, or social media. Stealth Seminar supports UTM tracking on all registration page templates.

This article explains how to add UTM parameters to your registration page URL.

How UTM Tracking Works in Stealth Seminar

Once someone registers for your webinar, any UTM parameters included in the registration page URL will be handled automatically.

Automatic Passing to Your Autoresponder

  • UTM parameters are automatically passed to your connected autoresponder once it’s configured
  • No additional setup is required on your end
  • This allows you to track registrations by source, campaign, or medium in your email marketing platform

Viewing UTM Data in Stats

  • UTM information can also be downloaded from your webinar stats
  • This allows you to review and analyze registration sources outside of your autoresponder if needed

Using UTM Parameters in Emails & Calls to Action

  • UTM parameters are available as Template Tags
  • You can find them in the Template Tags section within your visual editors

These tags can be used in:

    • Call to Action buttons
    • Email reminders
    • Custom messaging

This makes it easy to personalize content or track performance based on where registrants came from.

This can also be implemented on your third-party page platform using our registration embed widget, though availability and setup may vary depending on your page builder and any additional code requirements imposed by the platform.
