How does "Webinar Timezone" work?
Our Automated webinar events run in user's local timezone by default. That means if you set up an event to run at 3pm everyday, and your attendee A lives in Arizona, US and attendee B lives in Madrid, Spain, both will see the webinar at 3pm at their own timezones.
If you want to run events in your Timezone in a Daily Schedule or "Live" and have times at registration for clients in other timezones convert to your Webinar Timezone would be required , you can set the timezone in Scheduling section (as shown below)

The above selection is down the page in Easy Scheduling section, save changes then proceed to Advance Scheduling section to check & ensure your timezone is proper.
Important Note! Webinar Timezone can only be changed prior to registrations occuring

If you have any questions in regards to your webinar timezone, please feel free to let us know when logged in at the chatbox, we're happy to help!
