We still show simulated chat messages on live chat if you add them. This allows you to show social proof with a robust chat and also interact live with attendees.
To enable live chat, go to your webinar editor, then find the advanced webinar option, and enable live chat like below
Then you can go to your Chat/Q&A menu, and preload the chats.
In order for you or your staff to chat live with the attendees via your automated webinars, you must sign up for the webinar like any other attendee and join it.
