Name List (Simulated)

When you create a new webinar event, the simulated attendance is pre-filled with random names generated by the system. These are setup for use by default in new Automated type webinar events. they're not shown at On Demand / replay webinar events.

Simulated names list are available to edit either by adding single names on an available edit line,

or by bulk importing an entire list of names when filling our downloadable .csv template > here

This is available to from Webinar section > Webinar Advanced

Choose you file to upload as shown above, to simulate those names at the webinar event, anything currently existing and shown will be overwritten!

Important Note: simulated names list are randomly generated at the webinar.

Its required to have more names uploaded and available at names list, than is specified at your "number of attendees to simulate"

so in the example above you would want 151 names minimum to show the 150 specified.
