Chat/Q&A > Q&A Email tab first requires an email address where the attendee’s questions will be sent to. This can be edited after it is saved.
Under the email field, an inbox displays that lists Q&A submissions with the following information: name, email, message and data/time. The message list can be filtered by whether or not they have been replied to, and can be sorted by date/time, name and email address. Messages can also be selected and marked as unreplied/replied.
When viewing a single submission, the user can reply to the message using the text box which sends an email to the viewer.
