1. Use your third-party autoresponder to create a form with poll options, and use that on your webinar's watchpage. Any autoresponder should have that ability.
Once you have the form code, you can ask our chat support to add that to your webinar.
2. Use a third party poll with embed widget at watchpage here, you can use their integration to pass results to your CRM.
