How does Just In Time scheduling work?

Just In Time scheduling automatically creates a webinar start time based on when a visitor opens your registration page. It is useful for evergreen webinars because visitors can register for an upcoming session without waiting several hours or days.

For example, if a visitor opens your registration page at 2:17 PM and your Just In Time setting is configured for the Next hour, they may be shown a webinar beginning at 3:00 PM, provided that time falls within your allowed scheduling window.

Configure Just In Time scheduling

From your Stealth Seminar dashboard, open the webinar you want to edit.
Select Edit Webinar.
Open the Scheduling section.
Confirm the following settings before configuring Just In Time:
- Webinar start date
- Webinar start time
- Registration start date
- Registration start time
- Webinar timezone
- Scheduling timezone
Scroll to the Just In Time section.
Set Just In Time to On.
In Play at the top of the..., select when the webinar should begin. For example, choose Next hour to offer the next available top-of-the-hour session.
Under Between the times of, enter the hours during which Just In Time sessions may be offered.

For example:

Start time: 07:00 AM
End time: 09:00 PM

With this configuration, Just In Time sessions can be offered between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM according to your selected scheduling rule. Visitors who register outside this window will not be shown a Just In Time time that falls outside the window.

Flexible Scheduling and Daily Repeat Schedule

The Flexible Scheduling and Daily Repeat Schedule settings are separate scheduling options.

For a basic Just In Time setup, you can leave both settings set to Off. Enable them only if you also want to offer flexible or recurring webinar times.

The Daily Repeat Schedule section can be used to create scheduled times that repeat on selected days. These recurring times can be used alongside Just In Time scheduling when you want to give registrants more than one scheduling option.

How many time slots does Just In Time add?

Just In Time normally adds one dynamic time slot to the available options on your registration page.

If you want visitors to choose from multiple upcoming times, configure additional scheduled times using the scheduling options available lower on the page. The number of options displayed to registrants can also depend on the Maximum upcoming times to show setting.

Use additional scheduled times when you want to offer options such as:

The next available Just In Time session
A later session on the same day
Recurring sessions on future days
Specific times selected by your team

Just In Time itself does not automatically create every possible time for the day. It provides the next eligible dynamic time based on your settings.

Same-day scheduling

A schedule set for 0 days ahead can be used to offer a later session on the same day.

If that time has already passed when someone visits the registration page, it will not be displayed. The next available eligible time will be shown instead.

For example, if you configure a same-day session for 4:00 PM:

A visitor arriving at 1:00 PM can see the 4:00 PM session.
A visitor arriving at 4:30 PM will not see the expired 4:00 PM session.

Blackout dates

The Black Out Start Date and Black Out End Date fields let you prevent registration times from being shown on specific dates.

To block one day, enter the same date in both fields. Leave the fields blank if you do not want to set blackout dates.

Display multiple upcoming times

Just In Time creates one dynamic time slot based on when the visitor registers. To display multiple upcoming webinar times, enable the repeat schedule and set the maximum number of times to show.

In Repeat Schedule, select Yes, repeat.
Under Maximum Repeat Time, enter the number of upcoming sessions you want to display.
Choose a number between 1 and 30.
Save your webinar settings.

For example, entering 4 allows up to four upcoming webinar times to appear on the registration page.

As sessions start or become unavailable, Stealth Seminar automatically cycles through the schedule and replaces them with the next eligible times.

If you select No, play only one time, the registration page will show only one available webinar time instead of cycling through multiple upcoming sessions.
