Can I use a marketing plugin and still use your email reminders?

Yes, many clients will setup both at the same time, or in combination.


If you're using a marketing plugin make sure that our reminders are checked (as shown below) in Scheduling section (bottom of page) when editing the specific webinar event.


Any recommended setup may (or may not) include our built-in replay reminder to the event as an example. You can also send the reminders from any of the integrated marketing plugins with our Advanced Markeing Plugin subscription
