How do I find the shortID for my event?

Go to My Webinars, then find your event and click on copy to clipboard for either Registration Page or Webinar Watch Page.

You will get a url like:

https://joinnow.live/s/123abc

The alpha-numeric value that you see i.e. 123abc (it will be different for your event) is the shortID.
