How do I turn on or off your email reminders?

You can stop sending the built-in registration confirmation and standard pre-webinar reminder emails for a specific webinar by disabling the Email option in the webinar’s scheduling settings.

This setting applies only to the webinar you edit. It does not disable emails sent by a CRM, marketing plugin, webhook, or other external automation.

Step-by-Step Configuration Instructions

Step 1: Open the webinar’s scheduling settings

Open the webinar you want to update in the Customize Your Webinar editor.
Navigate to Customize Your Webinar > Scheduling > Webinar reminders.

The Webinar reminders section contains the reminder controls available for that webinar.

Step 2: Turn off email reminders

Clear the Email checkbox.
Click Save & Continue in the footer.

Save & Continue saves the scheduling change and advances to the next step in the editor.

Clearing Email disables StealthSeminar’s native:

Registration confirmation email
60-minute pre-webinar reminder
5-minute pre-webinar reminder

It does not disable other reminder channels or messages sent by external automations.

Step 3: Turn off replay emails separately, if needed

Replay emails are controlled separately from the standard email reminders.

Navigate to Customize Your Webinar > Scheduling > Webinar reminders.
Clear the Replay option if you also want to stop replay-related emails.
Click Save & Continue.

Before you begin:

Confirm that you can edit the webinar.
Decide whether StealthSeminar or another platform should send confirmation and reminder emails.
If another platform should send the emails, confirm that its automation is active.
Prepare an accessible test email address for verification.

After saving the change:

Reopen the webinar.
Navigate to Customize Your Webinar > Scheduling > Webinar reminders.
Confirm that Email is still unchecked.
Create a new test registration through the active registration page.
Confirm that the test registrant does not receive StealthSeminar’s native registration confirmation email.
If you are testing timed reminders, register early enough for the 60-minute and 5-minute reminder windows.
If an email still arrives, inspect the message headers and review the event history of any connected CRM, plugin, webhook, or marketing automation.

External systems use separate sending rules, so disabling StealthSeminar’s Email option does not automatically disable their messages.

Another webinar continues sending email reminders.	Reminder settings are specific to each webinar.	Repeat the procedure for every webinar that should stop sending StealthSeminar’s native emails.
