Reset the cache of your plugin for custom fields, tags, lists, and campaigns:

Please Note: The instructions here are shown with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), but the same steps need to be followed for all the plugins.

Step One:
Click on your account profile avatar in the top right-hand corner of your StealthSeminar account.

Step Two:
It will open a drop-down menu where you will see the following options. Select “Marketing Plugins” from those options.

Step Three:
You will be referred to this page here: https://stealthseminarapp.com/plugins

On this page, you will see all the available marketing plugins you can integrate with your StealthSeminar Account.

Scroll down the page until you find the plugin you are looking for. In our case, we are looking for the Keap Plugin.

Step Four:
Once we find that we will see the connection name and the options (three-dot menu on the right side of the name) like this:

Step Five:
Click on the three-dot menu and it will show the available options like this:

Step Six:
You will see an option called “Reset Cached Tags”, click on it and it will fetch all the newly created tags from your Keap account until this point.

The process completes here, and if you check the plugin setup section of your webinar setup, you will find all the newly created tags now. If you need help with anything feel free to contact support!
