When you create an event, it is automatically set up with our recommended schedule. So if you want to run an event which will only run once, you will have to go to "Scheduling" > "Easy - Scheduling"

Then from "Repeat Schedule" select "No, play only one time"

Make sure to change the "Webinar Start Date" and "Start Time" to what you want!
